TuffSeal Interlocking Flooring
TuffSeal™ refers to the physical shape hidden interlock and patented liquid resistant joining design of the flooring.
TuffSeal is a serious, heavy-duty 6mm flooring product.
It comprises of injection-molded, solid vinyl flooring which will not chip, crack, shift, loosen, split, or deflect under heavy stationary or rolling loads including forklifts, automobiles, and other industrial equipment.
The flooring is both waterproof and the surface is water resistant - stopping spills from penetrating to the subfloor.
With efficient and warm antifatique characteristics the surface reduces humidity and repels dirt and dust to keep your space cleaner. And, in the rare case a tile is damaged or stained, you replace only that tile, not the entire floor.
Tuff6 Interlocking Flooring
This product is 6mm thick, employs the traditional open interlocking (jig-saw) joint , and whilst it does not share the benefits of the of the TuffSeal hidden joint, it boasts all of the remaining advantages.
Tuff6 is the heavy duty product of choice for the extreme and abusive industrial applications. The flooring is easily and quickly installed with minimal sub floor preparation and is the most economical solution for such areas.
Tuff4 Interlocking Flooring
As the most cost effective of all this light duty product is 4mm thick, employs the traditional open interlocking (jig-saw) joint, and whilst it does not share the benefits of the of the TuffSeal hidden joint, it boasts all of the remaining advantages.
Tuff4 is the light duty product of choice for some industrial as well as residential applications. The flooring is easily and quickly installed with minimal sub floor preparation and is the most economical solution for such areas.
Surface Patterns
Choose the correct surface pattern for the traffic use anticipated for the floor. Stud pattern may be good for industrial areas but not for retail as shopping trollies don't roll well over this surface!

TuffSeal Smooth
The SMOOTH attractive hammer tone surface finish is ideal for many applications where a comfortable smooth under foot feeling is required. Such areas include offices, canteens, hotels, educational institutions and many more.
TuffSeal Stud
The STUD low profile checker pattern provides an attractive surface for areas requiring a little extra grip which can be adjusted for intensity if required. Warehouses, control rooms, IT installations are some examples.
TuffSeal Marquis
The MARQUIS surface is the one to choose if you are looking for an industrial effect or if you need the benefits it offers. This product is used extensively in public areas with heavy foot traffic, often seen in airports, institutions and in manufacturing facilities.
